Terms of Service
- We will give a general time estimate for completion of your project. The number of hours required depends on your situation. It is important that you get the most out of the project, and so the main focus is for everyone to work efficiently.
- Organizing sessions are in 3-hour blocks at $75/hour and the hours are 9am-12pm, 1pm-4pm, 6pm-9pm, with a maximum of 9 hours per scheduled workday.
- Payment will be 50% down as a non-refundable deposit and the remaining 50% due at the end of each organizing session. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show will have a $300 fee charged.
- Our staff cannot guarantee our ability to lift or move items in excess of five (5) pounds and we are not responsible for cleaning, removal or hauling of items from the service site, or removing or replacing shelving or closets. All materials and containers required shall be supplied by you. Pets and Children should be kept out of the working area.
- We will perform a walk through at the end of each session to ensure your satisfaction.
- If your location is more than 10 miles up to 30 miles from Florida Busy Lives location, there is a flat rate of $40 per in-person session for Organizer’s travel time.
